Racelight
The Racelight name stands for no compromise design, high performance and stunning value. In 2000 we released our first 'Racelight' frame, designed for the club racer as an affordable upgrade to a quality alloy frame with carbon fork. There are now 4 frames in the Racelight line up, the 'KiC2', 'RC2', 'T' and unique new 'Tk', all these frames are UK designed and use innovative features, materials and detailing that make them truly unique. Our cutting edge KiC2 frame uses advanced Hydroformed, Kinesium tubing and new, high modulus 'tuned carbon wishbone' and 'carblade' rear stays. The RC2 compact uses oversized, power bulged Kinesium tubing and high modulus 'tuned carbon wishbone' seat stays. The T winter training frame features all the details that make the perfect basis for your winter bike, the new Tk uses 'Kinesium' tubing, giving leightweight and a ride quality and response unrivalled by any other winter frame. And now our range topping Racelight KR-810. We have been developing this hyperformance Carbon Monocoque frame and fork in conjunction with Kinesis International for two race seasons. We didn't want to rush onto the carbon bandwagon and have taken the time to develop a frame that is worthy of the Racelight and Kinesis name, rather than picking one 'off the shelf' as some other manufacturers have done. Every detail has had hours of input and the Kinesis UK team have race condition tested the KR-810 for a full season before we tweaked it a little more and put it into production. Release is late '06. The cycling press rate the Racelight frames highly too: KiC - Best Buy, 9/10 - Cycling Plus. RC - Gold Award 2003 - Cycling Plus.
